The Clayton steam boiler is the best steam boiler available for all steam applications and also most efficient, responsive and compact method of producing high quality steam. The main difference between traditional fire tube boiler and Clayton steam generator to produce steam is; in fire tube boiler, a large amount of water and steel is heated, where as in Clayton steam generator a small amount of water and steel is heated.
The fundamental principle function of the Clayton steam generator is both ingenious and simple.
The Clayton Steam generator uses specially designed three main components Clayton Pump, centrifugal Separator, helical coil.
The boiler feed water is pumped by means of Clayton Pump that forces the water through the Clayton single continuous helical heating coil. From the outlet of the coil the stream is directed to a high efficiency Clayton centrifugal Separator. This forced circulation helical coil produces steam that is almost completely dry saturated. The separated water is always recycled in the Clayton Steam generator system.
Advantages of Clayton Steam generator are:
1. High efficiency
2. Small size
3. Rapid Start
4. Safety
5. High Quality Steam
6. Rapid Response
7. Low Blow down
8. Fully Automating
9. Unattended Operation
10. Low Maintenance
