 The variable speed allow the ‘soft’ starting of the electric motor, so the starting energy is limited to the nominal value instead of 6-8 times normally required, with following restraint of the cable dimensions and with alimentation power also weak. With a new cooling system we can have best performance maintaining low cost of maintenance. The principal air flow that cool the radiator don’t drown through the compressors, but exhausted directly upward out of the machine, so the contamination from the cooling air is trapped on the outside of the cooler and the cleaning is easy and quick. The radial fan that we use it’s very silent and efficient. The low noise it’s obtained with its structure and thanks to the low rotation speed. Power consumption is up to 50 percent lower than a comparable axial fan. Another advantage is the high residual thrust developed that allows the use of exhaust ducting without the need for an additional extractor fan.

PISTON COMPRESSORS from 1 to 12.5 HP

1 or 2-cylinder air compressor led electric motor with a Vee-belt with shelter. Steel tank with standing feet or wheeled CEE rules test. These compressors are designed according to the most modern machine technology standards. Two stage processes guarantee 80% air delivery efficiency. The crankshaft is made of hot-forged steel or in spheroidal cast iron. Automatic splash lubrification is used. The success of these compressors is closely tied to the special cast-iron alloy used to make the cylinders and the heads.

These patterns have been planned with electric engine coupled directly to the compressor. They are technologically advanced machines, powerful and silent. They present very compact, expect little surveillance and little maintenance. They are ideal air compressors for small works o painting, washing and inflating jobs: for all works of a small firm. Cylinders are in special cast iron, the lubrication is automatic at slamming, valves are lamellar of steel inox. Pressure of exercise is of 8 bar but for a few models can arrive at 10 bar.

Control equipment include: - Pressure switch complete with on-off switch, safety valve, pressure reducer and pressure gauge.

PISTON COMPRESSORS WITH ENGINE

These compressors are simple, economical, strong and easily serviced machines. The compressor units are the two-stage type with cast iron cylinders. The 4-stroke internal combustion engine is air-cooled and silenced. The pull start features an automatically winding rope (electrical starting 12 V optional). Both compressor and internal combustion engine are mounted on a tough steel base and are insulated from the frame by special vibration-damping elastic supports. The tank is equipped with safety valve, glycerine pressure gauge, condensate drain cock and two air taps.
