New – Steam Master:
The Clayton steam Master is a new water tube boiler specially designed to provide an easy, efficient way to produce 60 – 700 kg/h steam.
The Steam Master is started in a few easy steps. Standard units include a 25-100% modulating burner with low emission values and a 0-50-100% step oil fired burner, a touch screen control panel, easy and safe operation, high efficiencies, a high quality Clayton pump, fast start-up times and simple design resulting in easy maintenance and low maintenance costs.

Fuel Saving Package
Integrated economiser, certificate of fuel saving
Steam Quality Package 99% Dry Steam
Integrated separator, steam trap and automatic blowdown valve
Remote Communication Package
Status messages to mobile device
Water Preparation Package
Frame mounted with interconnected horizontal hotwell, chemical dosing, blowdown cooling, twin water softener and sample cooler. To be positioned beside Steam Master. Connection between Steam Master and Water Preparation Package is done by a flexible hose, also delivered by Clayton
Unattended Boiler Room Package
Unattended operation of boiler room for 1 week. Includes conductivity and hardness monitor, mounted on water preparation frame (see below)
